WPi has completed numerous redevelopment and renovations of resort and community properties along the Southeast especially in the Lowcountry. The Dataw Island Club hired WPi to assess their existing club amenities and study renovation options for their pool to fit the needs of the community. The renovation concept includes a family zone with zero entry beach, bubblers, ADA accessible ramp, open air event pavilion & multi-use entertainment deck area, pool coping laminar jets, underwater seat-wall benches, grand pool stairs for access & lounging along with enhanced entry ways and parking.
