Located in the Blue Ridge Mountains, Doe Mountain offered a rare opportunity to create a comprehensive master plan for development of an 8,600-acre mountain retreat with more than 20 miles of ridge line. WP provided master planning services that included amenities for the new community. The potential retreat amenities included a hunting club, extensive trail system and open space corridors, marina village, beach club facilities, mountain cottages, boat slips and docks.
