WPi worked with John Wieland Homes & Neighborhoods to design new phases and amenities for Dunes West, a golf course community in Mt. Pleasant, SC north of Charleston. The project includes renovation an existing community entrance creating neighborhood entrances and enhancing streetscapes. The firm also designed a pool complex including a fitness center and a community park.
