PROJECT OVERVIEW

WP led a team of consultants to provide master planning services for the redevelopment of the SC State Ports Authority Port Royal waterfront property. The master plan outlines the highest and best use for a vibrant mixed-use waterfront community integrated into the fabric of the surrounding Town of Port Royal. Master plan concepts include three neighborhood areas: mixed-use marina village, waterfront hotel, open space and a new 300 Slip Marina that creates a village atmosphere along the waterfront.
