WPi is currently working with a team to redevelop the amenities at Franklin Creek located inside The Landings Club. The redevelopment amenity improvements at Franklin Creek include enhanced snack bar, Tennis Café, splash pad, new decking, renovated pool buildings, enhanced landscape and hardscape features, and (2) additional tennis courts. WPi is providing design through construction phase services for this project.
