WPi is currently involved with redevelopment of the amenities at Oakridge Club located inside The Landings Club. The redevelopment amenity improvements at Oakridge Club include enhanced entrance and parking as well as building expansions to include cardio space, strength training, stretching and functional training, multi-purpose space, modern locker rooms, and retail space. WPi is providing design through construction phase services for this project.
