Todd Theodore, ASLA, Vice President

Todd Theodore serves as Vice President of the firm’s Hilton Head Office with over 28 years of experience in master planning, urban design, community planning, amenity center design and detailed site planning & design. His expertise encompasses a wide variety of projects, including downtown redevelopment plans, urban commercial villages and town centers, recreation facilities, coastal and inland golf courses and communities, resort communities, marina complexes, hotel/ commercial properties and military complexes. Mr. Theodore has received numerous awards for the projects that he has led through Assocations such as SCASLA and Tri-State ASLA. He is also experienced in computer-aided design and programming, developed in-house computer programs and manages project production. 

Mr. Theodore is a graduate of Ohio State University and a registered Landscape Architect in South Carolina. He is also a member of Congress for New Urbanism (Urban Land Institute – United States Green Building Council) and previously appointed and served on  the Hilton Head Island Design Review Board.
